Meet Glynnda Bascones
I was raised in Las Vegas and have always loved the energy and diversity of this city. Before becoming a Realtor in 2006, I spent many years performing as a singer on the Las Vegas Strip. That experience helped shape my strong people skills and passion for connecting with others. Today, I bring that same dedication and enthusiasm to my real estate career, helping clients navigate the market and find a place to call home.
As a Realtor, my primary job is to facilitate real estate transactions. I help buyers find their dream homes or investment properties, and I assist sellers in effectively marketing and selling their properties. Your responsibilities include market research, property valuation, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and providing guidance throughout the buying or selling process. My success as a Realtor depends on my ability to build relationships, understand market trends, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure clients achieve their real estate goals.
